Paul Stacey (Creative Commons) wrote a neat retrospective for 2013  at New Models for a New Year.  The focus here is on how open models require a rethink of traditional business models across the public and private sectors (including the World Bank’s Global Food Safety Partnership (GFSP) (with which I have been loosely involved).

Paul talks about how adopting open practices is just as important as a switch to open licensing – it’s a pretty interesting read thinking about the next year and the changes it may bring.  There are also lots of examples of where openness is bringing change.
